Eating Disorders Practitioner
Prior to becoming a counsellor I worked in education for over ten years, supporting people through the challenges they faced during their studies. I trained in integrative counselling and psychotherapy having recognised my own strong desire to work in a more collaborative, relational way, and having experienced first-hand the transformative power of therapy in my own life.
As a therapist I use an integrative, compassionate and non-judgmental approach, working collaboratively with people who want to feel better and improve their lives. I believe that a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship is essential to the healing journey and strive to foster this in all my work.
I have lived and worked in the region since 2014 and now consider Sheffield my ‘forever home’. In my free time I enjoy yoga, live music, cooking, and exploring in the Peak District.
